How long does a session take?
A Starter Read session usually takes around 90 minutes. Everyday Companion monthly sessions are about an hour each. Growth Study sessions spread across four weeks with roughly two hours of contact time per week.
Do sessions happen in person or online?
Both options are available. We meet at our office in Medellín or online, depending on what works best for you. We adapt to your situation — that is a consistent part of how we work.
What do I get after a session?
After each session you receive a plain-language written summary — not a lengthy report, but a short set of notes with the main points and the next steps we agreed on. Something you can keep and come back to.
What does the Growth Study cover?
The Growth Study looks at your pricing, cash flow, and current workload over four weeks. At the end you receive a clear, prioritized roadmap and a follow-up planning session to talk through the next steps at your own pace.
